Terms of Service

Last updated: 5 October 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Plugin Pros Live Chat at livechat.pluginpros.co (the “Service”), operated by Plugin Pros (“we”, “us”). By creating an account, using the Service, or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. The Service

The Service provides real-time live chat for websites and applications, accessed through a dashboard and API keys. Features, usage limits, and plan entitlements may change. We may update the Service to improve security, performance, or functionality.

3. Accounts and API keys

You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and API keys, and for all activity under them. You must provide accurate information and keep it current. You may not share API keys publicly or use the Service to impersonate others, send spam, abuse networks, or violate applicable law.

4. Plans, usage, and billing

The Service is sold as software-as-a-service. Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly or yearly basis. Each plan includes a monthly conversation allowance; extra conversations on paid plans are billed as overage charges. Prices, plan names, and allowances shown in the dashboard are the current commercial terms. Taxes may be added where required.

5. Payments via Paddle

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited and its affiliates (“Paddle”), who act as merchant of record for purchases. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. By completing checkout you also agree to Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Privacy Policy. We do not store full payment card numbers. Subscription renewals, invoices, tax receipts, and payment method updates are handled through Paddle.

6. Cancellation

You may stop using the Service or decline to renew by not completing checkout for a paid plan, or by contacting us to cancel a paid subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless otherwise required by law. Unused conversation allowance does not roll over unless we say otherwise in the dashboard.

7. Refunds

Refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy. Paddle may also apply its own buyer protection and refund rules to a purchase.

8. Availability and limitation of liability

We aim to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is”, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the three months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date on this page.
